Here is a brief description of the courses we offer throughout Ireland with regards to the treatment of soft tissue and muscular pain and injury.
Neuromuscular & Physical Therapy – A part time course that will last for 15 months with a successful graduate automatically becoming nationally and internationally qualified to work as a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist and Sports Massage therapist.
Higher Diploma In Neuromuscular Therapy – A 30 month higher diploma course that will qualify any successful participants to become consultants in the field of neuromuscular therapy. Each applicant must already hold the previous qualification certificate, or equivalent, to qualify for the advanced course.
Trigger Point Needling – A short term four day practical course that will reward successful students a certificate and qualification required to work in the field of intramuscular trigger point stimulation. Each applicant should already have the Neuromuscular & Physical Therapy certificate or an equivalent.
Advanced Trigger Point Needling Workshop – A two day workshop for any students that have already completed a course which is specific to the dry needling of myofascial trigger points. The course will provide a complete honest and detailed review of all of your techniques regarding Trigger Point Needling.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent – A four and a bit day certification course which will provide all eligible applicants with the opportunity to gain the full qualifications needed to be able to offer services and treatment using the Frequency Specific Microcurrent programme.
Taping & Strapping Procedures – One day courses that offer each candidate a certificate which allows students who hold a first aid certificate the qualification required to strap and tape an injury. This course is ideal for sports coaches and anyone that works in the field of physiotherapy.
Advanced Emergency Care In Sport – A three day course that will reward all successful students with a National Qualification, thus allowing them to tend to and treat injured participants in a sporting or training situation.
