Pilates Programme obtains CYQ Accreditation
The NTC has been the first training provider in Ireland to obtain the internationally accepted CYQ accreditation for Pilates.
Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ) is the UK's leading awarding body for health, fitness and wellbeing qualifications. They develop and award a diverse suite of qualifications that are delivered through a range of institutions including private training providers, universities, colleges, prisons and schools within the UK and internationally.
Their suite of qualifications is highly respected amongst industry experts, employers and learners both in the UK and internationally.
Beyond qualifications, CYQ provide verification services to the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in the Republic of Ireland.
Successful completion will ensure that instructors based in Ireland are eligible to register with REPS Ireland once they have adopted a standard for Pilates and instructors based in the UK will be immediately eligible for registration with Reps UK.
